Corporate Security

Head-office security programs, not just uniforms.

§ Overview

What this covers

For enterprise clients, security is not a headcount — it's a program. Guardian Shield staffs dedicated Corporate Security Managers who own your risk register, run tabletop exercises, and integrate with HR, Legal, Facilities, and IT/InfoSec.

We map to CSA Z1600 (Emergency Management) and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity). Our Workplace Violence Intervention Teams are trained to receive and act on early-warning behavioural indicators before an incident occurs.

Program-level corporate security: access control, workplace violence response, insider threat, executive floors.

§ Our Process

From walkthrough to first shift.

Every corporate security deployment follows the same four-step engagement — no short-cuts, no template quotes, no officer placed on a site they've never walked.

01
Discovery walkthrough

A regional supervisor visits your site, interviews stakeholders, and documents current pain points, existing systems, and shift patterns.

02
SOP design

We draft a site-specific Standard Operating Procedure — post orders, escalation ladder, uniform posture, reporting cadence — and review it with your team before deployment.

03
Officer selection

Officers are hand-picked from our regional roster based on skill fit, language requirements, and prior experience with your industry. No random assignments.

04
Deployment & audit

Coverage begins on the agreed date, with the first two weeks audited by the regional supervisor. We course-correct in real time — not at a quarterly review.
